All content on this website, and all materials, templates, and guides created by Bequora and provided as part of a service, remain the intellectual property of Bequora. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for the purpose for which they were provided. Content you create during a service engagement — including written stories, personal records, and heritage maps — belongs entirely to you.

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payment is required in advance of each service or agreed in writing prior to commencement. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Bequora's services are provided in good faith and with care, but we make no representations that any specific outcome will result from engagement. Heritage mapping, storytelling, and records organisation are personal activities; results depend substantially on the information and participation provided by the client. Nothing in our services constitutes legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Bequora's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our services or website.

Force majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events outside our reasonable control, including illness, natural events, or government action.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bequora harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful or negligent use of our services or website.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. In the event of termination by Bequora due to client misconduct, no refund will be provided for sessions already completed. In the event of termination for any other reason, any unused, prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, and governed by Thai law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 where applicable.
