Our Mission
A Practice Built Around Family Continuity
Bequora was established in Bangkok to offer structured, considerate support for families who wish to record, organise, and pass on what they have gathered through the years.

How Bequora Came to Be
Bequora began with a straightforward observation: many families in Bangkok — both Thai families with generations of history and expatriate households navigating records across countries — had important documents, photographs, and personal memories scattered across boxes, drives, and memory. The idea of gathering this material felt meaningful, but also large and difficult to start.
The practice was founded to address exactly that. By offering a small number of focused services — a course on mapping family history, practical document organisation, and a workshop for recording personal stories — Bequora works with families to make the work approachable and worthwhile.
We are based on Sukhumvit in Bangkok and serve families across the city and surrounding areas. Sessions can be conducted in person or by video call, depending on what suits each family.
Our approach is unhurried. We understand that this kind of work touches on memory, relationships, and things that matter deeply. We treat each engagement accordingly — with attention, patience, and full respect for the family's own way of doing things.
Our Mission
To help families in Thailand gather, organise, and preserve their personal records and heritage stories through calm, clear, and well-structured support — without pressure or unnecessary complexity.
Our Values
- Patience: We work at the pace that suits each family, not a fixed schedule.
- Discretion: Family information is handled with full care and confidentiality.
- Clarity: We make processes simple and understandable at every step.
- Respect: We approach each family's history, culture, and relationships with genuine care.

How We Work
Standards We Follow in Every Engagement
Confidentiality Protocol
All personal information, family documents, and session content are treated as entirely private. Nothing shared with Bequora is passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
Document Care Standards
When working with physical documents, we handle materials carefully and return everything to clients at the conclusion of each session or service engagement.
Structured Facilitation
Each course, service, and workshop follows a clear, tested structure with defined stages, so clients understand progress and know what to expect at every point.
Sensitive Content Awareness
Family histories can include difficult memories or complex relationships. Our facilitators are experienced in navigating these areas with appropriate care and without pressure.
Ongoing Usability
The systems, templates, and materials we create are designed to be used and maintained independently by the family long after our involvement ends.
Clear Communication
We are straightforward about what each service includes, what it does not include, and how the process works — before, during, and after each engagement.
About Our Work
Estate Organisation & Heritage Services in Bangkok
Bequora operates within a focused area of work: helping families bring structure and meaning to the personal records, family histories, and stories they hold. In Bangkok, this need touches many different kinds of households — families with long local roots, households with members across different countries, and those navigating the records and memories of an older generation.
The Family Heritage Mapping Course approaches family history as an educational and personal activity. Participants learn to gather information from relatives, locate records in various formats, and arrange what they find into a coherent, visual heritage map. The course does not require any prior knowledge and is supported by practical templates throughout.
The Records Organisation Service addresses a common practical need: the accumulation of important documents — property papers, identification records, correspondence, and family certificates — without a system for storing or finding them. The service results in a clear, labelled filing structure and a reusable checklist that makes maintaining order straightforward going forward.
The Legacy Storytelling Workshop sits alongside these more document-focused services as a writing and reflection activity. Over several sessions, participants work through guided prompts and exercises to set down the stories, values, and personal reflections they hope to share with family members. The workshop ends with a keepsake — a written or assembled collection — created by the participant themselves, supported throughout by a skilled facilitator.
Bequora is based at 64 Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Bangkok, and can be reached by telephone or email for initial enquiries about any of these services.
